Can I create custom image sizes?
Yes, this capability is available on the Growth and Plus subscription plans.
You can create by following these steps:
- In your Campaign Chat conversation when you select the ad types (e.g. Organic Media, Paid Media, Owned Media) it will also give you a tab to select "Custom Media". Select this option.
- In the form you can name your Custom Media types, input the aspect ratio, select the image resolution, and choose other fields you may want (e.g. headline, description, etc)
- Save your ad unit
- Select the quantity you wish to create.
Once you have created a custom ad unit size it will save that size in the Custom Media tab so you don't have to recreate if you need that same size again in the future.
