How do I connect my Facebook and Instagram accounts to my workspace?
You can publish organic (aka unpaid) posts directly to your business' Facebook and Instagram pages from AIREA Studio by following these steps:
IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU BEGIN * The Instagram account you will use must be designated a "Business" or "Professional" account and not a "Personal" account. This can be toggled in your Instagram and Facebook account settings. More info on Instagram and Facebook accounts. * Log into your Facebook and Instagram page in another browser window.
Next, follow these steps: 1) Go to your desired Workspace settings by clicking your name dropdown on the top right of the screen.
- Under "Accounts" click on "Workspaces". If you only have one workspace it will take you to your Workspace settings page. If you are connected to multiple workspaces it will offer you to select the one you want to navigate to.
- Click on the plus icon [+] next to the social media account you wish to connect to your workspace. Reminder: This is the one you have logged into in another browser window.
- It will walk you through a few screens within Meta and take you back to your AIREA account page and ask you select a workspace to connect it to.
- After you confirm, it will refresh the Account page and it should show "Connected" next to that social media account.
