Section 2

Train the Model

Why model training?

The model needs to learn what you sound like to give you copy that aligns with your brand voice and tone. You will train the model by uploading PDFs, CSVs, or text files into the knowledge base.

What is a knowledge base?

A knowledge base is what the Airea agent references to make sure new campaigns stay within your brand voice and tone. Instead of generating text that sounds like AI, Airea sounds like you.

Instructions

Open the left menu and navigate to the Model Training drop down menu
Go to Knowledge Base

This step powers the creation of your brand summary—an essential input that drives on-brand content creation, auto-fills your Brand Guidelines, and informs your Brand Voice. You can upload files or add links.

Files

Examples include brand books, lookbooks, pitch decks, or any material that captures your brand's identity.

Drag and drop PDFs, CSVs, or text files (max 20MB) into the upload area
Click Save and wait for the files to process before moving on

Links

Paste web links to your homepage, product pages, About Us, FAQs - AIREA Studio will scan and extract brand-relevant info. Be sure to include the full URL, starting with https://.

To add more URLs, click + add more
Click Save to confirm and wait for it to process before moving to the Summary step

Summary

This summary outlines who your brand is, what it stands for, and how it communicates, based on the files and URLs you've uploaded. It helps auto-complete your Brand Guidelines, shape your Brand Voice, and generate on-brand content across platforms and ad units.

Positive Words & Phrases

Use this to highlight the language that reflects your brand's tone, benefits, or positioning. Think product benefits, brand themes, or strategic positioning.

🧠 Pro Tip: Use if your brand must feature approved language like "wrinkle-resistant" or "water-resistant."

Negative Words & Phrases

List the terms your brand should avoid - whether for legal, regulatory, or brand alignment reasons. These will be excluded from the campaign content suggestions.

🧠 Pro Tip: Use if your brand prohibits terms like "wrinkleproof" or "waterproof".

Tone of Communication

Choose the voice that shapes how your brand speaks - whether it's friendly, formal, bold, or empathetic. This influences sentence structure, word choice, and emotional tone in every output.

🧠 Pro Tip: Choose multiple tones if your brand has different voices across channels.

Target Audience

Define the customer personas your brand speaks to. Include demographics, roles, or psychographics.

🧠 Pro Tip: Be specific - terms like "first-time pet owners" or "sustainability-focused Gen Z" drive stronger relevance.

Core Values

Anchor your messaging with values that reflect your brand's purpose. The model will reference these to guide tone, positioning, and brand framing.

🧠 Pro Tip: Values like "innovation", "sustainable", or "customer-first" will influence how your brand is described in every ad, email, or headline.

Create Brand Voice

Navigate back to the left menu and under Brand Guidelines is Brand Voice

This step helps you define how your brand sounds - the tone, style, and language that make your messaging feel consistent and recognizable across channels.
